If you are considering a facial cosmetic procedure, you want to be very careful about choosing a cosmetic physician.

• Always make sure that the physician you are considering is Board Certified, and has had extensive training in performing the procedure you want done.
• Always ask the physician how often have they performed the type of surgery or procedure you want done.
• Ask for references. Remember, you may be hiring this physician to perform work on you!
• Ask to see before and after photographs of patients the physician has treated.
• Ask questions about any concerns you may have regarding your procedure.  If the physician you are choosing makes you feel stupid or inadequate for asking questions, find another physician!
